We have a project manger on site at all times and our work is submitted to an ongoing inspection process at specific stages, especially at completion of preparation. We minimize the impact to everyone affected by painting process, (tenants, owners, employees or customers). Our goal is to understand everyone’s needs and concerns, so that we can work around them

3/ The OPM (online project manager):
We will give you access to our intern database so you can monitor the progress of the project from the comfort of you office or home, you will be able to see daily pictures of the job done, who is working in your property and what are their qualification, budget progress, your estimates, your invoices, you don’t even have to go to the site..Everything about your actual project, past and even future project will be post in your account. We can receive your comments and suggestions about any details of the job on time. You may have to report to others about the job, so we’ll tell you as much as you want to know in order to help you keep track of decisions and details. We aim to help you succeed in your role as manager of the project.

4/ A painter for a day :
We know that sometimes  you need a painter for a minor job that will take a day or two, you will have a painter in your property within 48h of you call at a flat rate like if he is one of your employees.

5/ A complete painting and coating solution from power washing and cleaning you parkade to painting the whole building (interior and exterior) or coating your roof or concrete surfaces.

To help you out staying in your budget especially when you are managing large size properties we can give you a proposal that will allow dividing the work in portions, and painting a portion every year, that way you focus on what’s the most urgent and you are within your budget.
